Missing or delayed parcel

What should I do if my parcel is late?
  1. Check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Verify the delivery address and look for any delivery attempt notice.
  3. Contact us as soon as possible — we will work with the courier to investigate.

Please note: in some cases, carriers only allow claims after a parcel has been delayed for a certain period.
