Linden flowers are rich in bioactive substances, among which the most important are flavonoids, mucilage and essential oil. They show many positive properties:

They work diagonally and support the body's natural defenses
Active substances contained in linden flowers, primarily flavonoids and mucilage, increase sweat secretion, which is why linden is used most often in light colds and at the first symptoms of flu. Not only the infusion works, but also the bath with the addition of linden flowers. In addition, linden infusions help reduce nasal congestion and alleviate a runny nose. Mucous substances are expectorant and protect the respiratory tract, therefore they help reduce throat irritation and bring relief from coughing.

- The infusion of linden flowers, due to the essential oil contained in them, has a sedative effect, in other words it has a soothing effect on the nervous system and facilitates falling asleep. Works on both adults and children. Lime infusions should be used in conditions of elevated tension and stress.

- Positively affect the functioning of the digestive system
The components of linden flowers support digestive processes by stimulating the secretion of gastric, pancreatic and intestinal juice. They also increase the influx of bile into the duodenum. This is especially helpful in digestive ailments such as heartburn, flatulence, and excessive fullness after a meal. In addition, the mucus present in linden covers the inner wall of the digestive tract, which helps protect it and soothes irritations.

- Help reduce eye and skin irritation
An infusion of linden prepared in the form of a compress helps to alleviate conjunctivitis and swelling around the eyes. Washing the face with an infusion helps reduce skin irritation.

Im so happy I bought from you. I put those herbs in soup and everyone, every where got sick except my household and the difference between me and them are these herbs. My 23 yr old daughter was here with her fiance for 2 days and they were sick, my 12 yr old is a diabetic but still we didn't catch it. I gave my older daughter the soup, made more and sent her home with it and shes not sick anymore but everyone else is. Jamestown to Buffalo is a 90 min. Drive. Then Delevan to Cattaraugus is a 40 min drive. Everyone in my life lives in that triangle and they are all sick. My fiancés son was sick (diarrhea and vomiting) so I gave him soup, again he recovered in 40 hours. My sister asked whats in the soup that its having such a positive effect on this virus everyone is getting and I said Herbs from Poland non GMO.

Very nice, thank you! :)
