Collection: White Tea

White tea is made from young buds and leaves with minimal processing and is among the most delicate tea styles, with a light infusion and subtle flavour. Choose Pai Mu Tan, Silver Needle, White King Mao Feng and jasmine white tea. Preparation matters: use water at 75-85°C for 3-5 minutes, and many leaves can be infused more than once.
