Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on herbalmansion.com. It explains return eligibility, damaged items, refunds, refused delivery and import-related non-delivery cases.

30-day return request

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and hygiene rules.

Sealed goods only

Opened or unsealed food-grade goods are typically not returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Import non-delivery

Refused delivery, unpaid import charges or failure to cooperate with carrier/customs may reduce or prevent a refund.

Refused delivery and unpaid import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, storage fees, return fees, disposal fees and other import-related charges may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Refusing delivery, failing to pay import-related charges, failing to contact the carrier/customs, failing to provide customs information or failing to collect the parcel does not cancel the order and does not entitle the buyer to a full refund.

Standard Returns


Returns within 30 days

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or return unless required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging;
  • the item must be returned in resaleable condition;
  • you must provide proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt;
  • the return must be approved before the item is sent back.

Important for food and hygiene products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items, including teas, herbs, flowers, spices and edible products, where the seal has been broken.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • opened or unsealed food-grade goods, including teas, herbs, flowers, spices and edible products;
  • items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery;
  • custom or made-to-order products, where applicable;
  • sale or clearance items if marked as final sale;
  • gift cards and digital products, where applicable;
  • any return sent without prior approval.
How to start a return

Before sending anything back, contact us at herbalmansion@gmail.com with:

  • your order number;
  • the item or items you want to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photos, required if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is approved because of our error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • If the return is approved due to our error, such as wrong item sent or item arrived damaged, we will arrange a reasonable solution, which may include replacement, refund or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect Or Missing Items


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the outer parcel or box;
  • inner packaging;
  • the product label or labels;
  • the damaged or incorrect item.

Please keep all packaging until the case is resolved. We may need it for a carrier claim.

Missing items from an order

If an item appears to be missing from your parcel, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel contents, inner packaging and product labels. We will review the packing record and advise next steps.

Refused Delivery & Import Charges


Refused delivery, unpaid import charges and failed customs clearance

For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, government bodies or the carrier, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Refusal to accept delivery, refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees or other import-related charges, failure to contact the carrier or customs authority, failure to provide information required for customs clearance, or failure to collect the parcel is not treated as seller fault and does not cancel the order.

If the parcel is returned to us

If a parcel is returned to us because of the buyer’s action or inaction, any refund, if applicable, will be calculated after deduction of all costs incurred or charged to us.

These costs may include original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, storage fees, return fees, disposal fees and administrative charges.

If the parcel is returned to us in resaleable condition, we may refund the eligible product value after all applicable deductions, subject to applicable consumer law.

If the parcel is abandoned, disposed of or not returned

If the parcel is not returned to us, is returned damaged or not in resaleable condition, or is abandoned, destroyed, disposed of or lost by the carrier or customs authority due to the buyer’s action or inaction, we may be unable to issue a refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Any replacement shipment, if agreed, may require payment of new shipping costs and any outstanding charges connected with the original shipment.

Original shipping costs in import-related non-delivery cases

Original shipping costs are non-refundable where non-delivery results from buyer refusal, unpaid import charges, customs issues caused by the buyer, failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs authority, or failure to collect the parcel.

Refund Processing


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method;
  • processing typically takes 3-5 business days after inspection;
  • your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds, where applicable, may be reduced by non-refundable shipping costs, return costs, customs or carrier charges, storage fees, disposal fees, administrative charges or other amounts permitted under this policy and applicable law.

Late or missing refunds
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider, as refund posting times vary.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you still need help, email herbalmansion@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return if eligible and place a new order.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift, we may issue store credit once the approved return is received and inspected. Otherwise, refunds are sent to the original purchaser and original payment method.

Statutory consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have additional statutory rights under local law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights. Where local consumer law requires a different outcome, that law will apply.
