Regenerating mallow bath
A handful of shredded mallow leaves and flowers, and 3 or 4 tablespoons of linden flowers (or yarrow or chamomile flowers) pour two liters of boiling water in a pot and leave covered for an hour. Then heat to boiling (but do not boil) and pour the whole with herbs into the tub. The bath temperature should be between 36 and 38 ° C, and time between 10 and 20 minutes.
