Kukicha is a traditional Japanese green tea prepared mainly from the stems and twigs of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Unlike typical leaf teas, this unique composition creates a smooth and delicate infusion with subtle nutty and slightly sweet flavours.

This loose twig tea produces a clear golden-green cup and is often enjoyed as a light everyday green tea. Its mild character makes it suitable for regular drinking and for those who prefer a softer green tea profile.

Suggested Preparation
