Edible Petals
Edible petals add natural colour, lightness and a decorative finish. They are selected for appearance, aroma and the ability to complete a finished product. Rose, cornflower, calendula and other petals can decorate cakes, pastries, individual desserts, lemonades, cocktails, tea blends and infusions.
