Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to orders placed on herbalmansion.com.
Returns (30 days)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or return.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- the item must be returned in resaleable condition
- you must provide proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
Important (food & hygiene products): For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items (including teas, herbs, flowers, spices, edible products) where the seal has been broken.
Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for:
- opened / unsealed food-grade goods (teas, herbs, flowers, spices, edible products)
- items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
- custom / made-to-order products (if applicable)
- sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)
- gift cards and digital products (if applicable)
- any return sent without prior approval
How to start a return
Before sending anything back, contact us at herbalmansion@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
- photos (required if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item sent / item arrived damaged), we will arrange a solution (replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- the outer parcel/box
- inner packaging
- the product label(s)
Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection
- your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider (refund posting times vary).
- Contact your bank.
- If you still need help, email herbalmansion@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift, we can issue store credit once the approved return is received and inspected. Otherwise, refunds are sent to the original purchaser/payment method.

If you are a consumer, you may have additional statutory rights under local law. This policy does not limit those rights.
