Collection: Oolong Tea

Oolong is partially oxidised, combining the freshness of green tea with some of the depth of black tea. Rolled leaves open with each infusion and change the character of the cup. The same leaves can be infused three to five times. The range includes Tie Guan Yin and Milk Oolong; use water at 85-95°C and brew for 3-5 minutes.
