Collection: Pu Erh Tea

Pu-erh, sometimes called red tea, undergoes ageing that gives it a deep, earthy profile with a wine-like note. Choose Big Leaf styles, classic pu-erh and compressed Tuo Cha nests. Use water at 95-100°C for 3-5 minutes; a brief first rinse can be used to open the leaves.
