I was supposed to receive my item by Feb5-7 and today is Feb 14 still not received and even no update after Feb9 in the tracking. When I reached out to a vendor they asked me to reach out to NY custom , I was like wow.
If anyone would reach out that’s a vendor not me I didn’t paid to take the headache I paid to get the item.
