These Terms govern your use of herbalmansion.com and any purchase made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the Site.

Import charges outside the EU
Orders shipped from Poland to addresses within the European Union do not require import customs clearance and are not subject to customs duties or import duties inside the EU customs area.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, storage fees, return fees, disposal fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, government bodies or the carrier.
For non-EU deliveries, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges or failure to cooperate with the carrier/customs does not cancel the order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services to you.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced on the Site, including our Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the services.
3) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. If you are under the legal age, you may only use the Site with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4) Account & customer information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, including delivery address, email address and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, where applicable. You are also responsible for monitoring the email address and phone number provided with your order, especially when carrier or customs action is required.
5) Products, information & availability
We aim to describe products as accurately as possible. However:
- product photos are illustrative and may vary slightly, including natural colour, cut, shape, size, aroma or texture variations in herbs, flowers and teas;
- weights, cuts and natural characteristics may vary within reasonable tolerance for botanical goods;
- availability may change without notice.
We may limit quantities, restrict sales to certain regions or refuse service where permitted by law.
6) Prices, taxes & corrections
Prices shown on the Site may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping rates and availability, and to cancel or refuse orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted.
Product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees or other import-related charges for non-EU deliveries unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
7) Orders, payment & cancellation
An order is accepted only when we confirm it, typically by order confirmation email, and where applicable when payment is successfully processed.
We may cancel or hold an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse, abnormal ordering patterns, repeated chargebacks or any issue requiring verification.
If an order has not yet been packed or dispatched, you may contact us to request cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, refusal of delivery, failure to pay import-related charges, failure to contact the carrier/customs or failure to collect the parcel is not treated as cancellation of the order.
Shipping, Customs & Returns
8) Shipping, delivery and international orders
Dispatch and delivery details are provided in our Delivery Policy on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier workload, weather, holidays, remote areas, customs clearance, inspections, unpaid import charges, missing information or other events outside our control.
Orders shipped from Poland to addresses within the European Union do not require import customs clearance and are not subject to customs duties or import duties inside the EU customs area.
If you place an order for delivery outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, storage fees, return fees, disposal fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, government bodies or the carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Herbal Mansion does not collect, control, prepay or refund these charges.
9) Buyer’s responsibility as importer
For deliveries outside the European Union, by placing an order you accept responsibility for the import of the goods into the destination country, to the extent applicable under local customs rules.
You are responsible for checking local import rules before purchase, confirming that the ordered products may be legally imported, monitoring tracking, responding to the carrier, customs broker or customs authority, providing any information required for customs clearance, paying all customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees and other import-related charges, and collecting the parcel within the required time.
By submitting an order for non-EU delivery, you confirm that you accept the obligation to pay all applicable customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees and other import-related charges connected with the shipment, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
10) Refused delivery, unpaid import charges and failure to cooperate
Refusal to accept delivery, refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees or other import-related charges, failure to contact the carrier or customs authority, failure to provide information required for customs clearance, or failure to collect the parcel does not cancel the order and does not entitle you to a full refund.
If a parcel is returned, stored, abandoned, disposed of, delayed, lost or otherwise charged by the carrier or customs authority due to your action or inaction, all resulting costs may be deducted from any refund or charged to you.
These costs may include original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, storage fees, return fees, disposal fees and administrative charges.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable where non-delivery results from buyer refusal, unpaid import charges, customs issues caused by the buyer, failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs authority, or failure to collect the parcel.
If the parcel is not returned to us in resaleable condition, or is abandoned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority due to your action or inaction, no refund may be issued where permitted by applicable law.
Any replacement shipment, if agreed, may require payment of new shipping costs and any outstanding charges connected with the original shipment.
11) Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds and eligibility rules are described in our Return & Refund Policy on the Site.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food-grade items, including teas, herbs, spices and edible flowers, may be non-returnable where the seal has been broken.
Where a parcel is returned due to refused delivery, unpaid import charges, failure to cooperate with the carrier/customs or failure to collect the parcel, any refund, if applicable, will be calculated under our Return & Refund Policy and after deduction of applicable shipping, customs, carrier, storage, return, disposal and administrative costs, subject to applicable consumer law.
Site Use & Content
12) Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, branding and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.
13) User content, reviews and submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and publish that content for store operation and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or that contains malware.
14) Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to violate intellectual property rights;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with Site security;
- to scrape, crawl or harvest data without permission;
- to abuse, harass or harm others;
- to misuse promotions, payment systems, chargeback procedures or customer support processes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site where necessary to protect our business, customers, systems or legal obligations.
15) Third-party services & links
The Site may include links or integrations with third parties, including payment providers, courier services, customs brokers, analytics services and Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Legal Terms
16) Disclaimer
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.
We are not responsible for non-delivery, delay, return, storage, abandonment, disposal or loss of a parcel caused by the buyer’s refusal of delivery, failure to pay import-related charges, failure to provide customs information, failure to contact the carrier or customs authority, or failure to collect the parcel, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your violation of laws or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
20) Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Site if you breach these Terms or if required to protect our business, customers, systems or legal obligations.
21) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
22) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Marketing Terms
23) Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Marketing Program
We may offer marketing messages via SMS/MMS. If you opt in, you agree to the terms below:
- Consent: Your consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP or contact herbalmansion@gmail.com.
- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Valid number: You must provide a valid mobile number and keep it up to date.
- Number changes: If you change your number, you should opt out from the old number first.
- Age: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13-17, you must have parent or guardian permission.
