Roots and rhizomes are compact plant parts with distinctive aromas and broad uses in blends, infusions, decoctions, cooking and projects. Products may be cut, sliced, broken, ground or powdered. The range includes ginger, liquorice, burdock, dandelion, angelica, marshmallow, elecampane and sarsaparilla.
