Please read before ordering from the USA
Following new US import rules introduced in August 2025, Poczta Polska no longer accepts parcels to the United States. The only available carrier is UPS, and UPS charges a brokerage and customs fee at delivery (typically $30 to $120+ USD, depending on order value). This charge is set by UPS and US Customs - we cannot prepay it on your behalf.
Processing & dispatch
- Dispatch time is counted from the moment the payment is confirmed.
- Standard (tracked) shipments are sent via Polish Post (Poczta Polska).
- Courier (tracked) shipments are sent via DPD or UPS, depending on availability for the delivery address.
- Delivery times below are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload, remote areas, weather, holidays, and customs processing.

If you are ordering from the United States, please read this section carefully before placing your order. The shipping situation to the US has changed and we want every customer to know what to expect.
Recommended for larger orders - we will help you estimate the approximate UPS customs & brokerage fee for your specific order before you check out.
What changed
Following new US import rules introduced in August 2025, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) no longer accepts parcels going to the United States. The only carrier still available to us is UPS, and UPS routes every package through formal customs clearance.
What this means for you (customs & brokerage fees)
UPS will charge you a brokerage and customs fee at the time of delivery. Based on our recent US shipments, this fee usually lands somewhere between $30 and $120+ USD, depending on the declared value of your order. On larger orders we have seen fees of $120+.
This charge is set by UPS and US Customs, not by Herbal Mansion, and we have no way to prepay it on your behalf. It is paid directly to UPS upon delivery.
Our process - the 48-hour cancellation window
To make sure no US customer is caught by surprise, we send a personal email after every US order reminding you of the customs fee, with a 48-hour window to cancel for a full refund - no questions asked - if you would prefer not to proceed.
If you are happy to receive your order under these conditions, no action is needed. We will pack and ship within our usual handling time and you will receive a UPS tracking number as soon as the package is on its way.

Customs, duties & taxes (other countries)
Some countries apply import charges (customs duties, VAT, handling fees). Any customs, duties, VAT, or import-related fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check your local import rules before ordering.
- If a parcel is seized or held by customs due to local regulations, the buyer remains responsible and the order may not be refundable.
- Delivery can be delayed by customs clearance.
Missing or delayed parcel
If your parcel is late, here is what to do:
- Check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
- Verify the delivery address and look for any delivery attempt notice.
- Contact us as soon as possible - we will work with the courier to investigate.
Please note: in some cases, carriers only allow claims after a parcel has been delayed for a certain period.
