Black tea is a strongly oxidised classic with deep flavour and an amber infusion that works well with milk or lemon. This category includes loose-leaf Assam, Ceylon, Yunnan and other styles. Use water at 95-100°C and brew for 3-4 minutes. For a citrus note, see the separate collection of Earl Grey teas.
