Whole dried Matricaria chamomilla flowers, selected in a naturally small, compact grade. The golden yellow centres and delicate pale petals remain clearly recognisable after drying, giving the product the characteristic appearance of whole chamomile rather than a cut or powdered herb.

The aroma is warm and distinctly herbal, with green and lightly spicy notes followed by a gentle honeyed sweetness. The infusion is pleasantly herbal and softly sweet, with a delicate natural bitterness on the finish.

Whole chamomile is a lovely choice for a simple single-herb infusion and for loose blends where the appearance of the ingredients matters. Enjoy it on its own, add honey or lemon to taste, or combine it with lemon verbena or rooibos.
